captcha will only have 4 numbers/letters... I've never seen it when more then that. It tells you how many tries you have before youre blocked for a few minutes, not hours. Please read correctly. Here's a trick if its not working... RESTART you client. Not too hard to hit the X button there.
 
 Ndoors give you plenty of ways to contact GMs besides a ticket. There's a reason they use xfire and I sit there chatting with them and people who have problems with game. If you can talk to them directly then you have a much better chance of getting things done faster. Other then that you need to wait for the restoration team to eventually get to your ticket and account to comb through the logs to get your gear back. If they are combing through logs for all your items... it's gonna take a while. You aren't the only person out there with problems with their accounts.
